Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the South
All the creatures were stirring, especially the mouse;
The stockings were all hung with great care
In hopes that St. Nicholas would soon be there;
BUT…
The children were naughty and wouldn’t go to bed…
Mama in her kitchen, and dad getting thinner,
Had almost settled down for a big southern dinner,
All through the house there arose such a clatter
I sprang from the table to see what was the matter.
Away to the living room I flew like a flash,
Wildness, music, it was a big smash!
Christmas Day!
It was very good to be home with my family. Christmas Day was priceless. We all told about our favorite Christmas moments. Us, kids, told about one moment, but my mom and dad wanted to share all of theirs and even started trying to out share the other. It was funny!
I guess we know who won.
(I learned that my dad got a toilet seat for Christmas when he was little.)
Opening all of our presents...
My dad getting cologne.
I love presents!
(It runs in his family, see Shawn's Christmas post)
Mitch and his new purse.
(Just kidding, it was my mom's)
Yay! Mom got a blow dryer which was needed for my sake since she didn't have one.

More presents...
Well, of course, Christmas isn't about the presents but I have to admit its sooo fun getting them. I got new bags, sign language cards for my future class, $mulah$, ice-cream maker, pj's and a Cri-Cut Expression machine. Tanner got new shoes, new blanket, Guitar Hero World Tour, gift card for a Wii Fit, DVD's, and a jacket. We loved everything we got. Thanks.
Road Trip!
While we were home, we had to go visit our future home in Northern Georgia. We are thinking about moving to Dawsonville, Ga which is close to Dahlonega and the Appalachian Mountains.

I can't believe you posted this 5 weeks ago! How did I miss that? Or did you make it up 5 weeks ago and save it and just barely publish it? Anyway, I loved looking at the pictures and seeing your Christmas. We missed you but we are happy that you had a fun time. xoxoxoxox
I was wondering when we would hear from you again! I miss you guys. Maybe I'll have to come visit in a few weeks when I have another long weekend. It looks like you had a blast in Georgia. I'll try not to be too mad that you're moving across the country :)
