He is okay!

Last Tuesday, my heart skipped a beat when I received a text from Tanner that said:

I just got in a car accident...hit and run. Don't worry I'm fine.

Well even though he said he was fine I was still calling him frantically. This is what happened. He was driving on the interstate in the right lane. A lady in the left lane decided she needed to exit at the last minute. The exit was a split interstate exit. She slammed on her breaks and swerved over behind Tanner and clipped the back of our jeep fender. Luckily, Tanner did not lose control and spin out because he could have flipped off the bridge. The lady of course kept going but Tanner and other eyewitnesses reported her to the police. That night and every night since I have thanked Heavenly Father for Tanner's safety especially in this incident. I am extremely grateful for my relationship with Heavenly Father and the Savior throughout my life. I just wanted to share with you another example of their hand in our lives.

Whew! I'm so glad you guys are okay---all of you, which includes the Jeep! Abby had a close call in our Jeep on University Ave. a few years back, too. Really scary. She was blessed, too.

Love you guys.

Wow! That's crazy. Glad everything is ok. And can I just say that I love that little conversation you posted of the girl you are helping. How sweet is that!

Autumn,
How are you? I forgot I had your blog info. I am glad Tanner is ok. Car accidents are so scary, especially when someone leaves the scene after they caused the accident. I hope everything is going well with yall.
P.s cute, cute puppy
