About three days ago, I woke up after having the biggest nightmare of my life. I was at a church function and in my hand I had a plate of chocolate chip muffins (my fav). It didn't take me long to pop one of those bad boys into my mouth as I enjoyed to delicious and incredible taste of chocolate swirling around. I swallowed the muffin and reality hit me, and in my dream I stopped and said, "NO! I don't get a point!" as my head fell. I woke up pretty startled and made sure I indeed had my point for no sweets. This points system for the Biggest Loser-Family reunion has pretty much taken over my conscience. What about you?
Are you feeling tempted with a cupcake or muffin right now?
(There is a reason behind my background)

i pretty much gave up on no sweets and am just trying to cut calories and exercise like auntie shawn. not sure if it's working...i've pretty much stayed the same weight since we started this contest.
I am big time tempted to eat sweets every day, but it's probably been about two weeks since I had any. All the easter candy is what's killing me! I didn't mean to not eat sweets at first, but I just wanted to get more serious about my weight loss, so I knew that had to go. I find it harder to drink 64 oz. of water in a day. I'm just not a very thirsty girl. Maybe the warmer weather will make it easier?!
Your blog background is so very cute, and a little tempting too!!
That's awesome. I have been tempted with sweets since the Biggest Loser started. Since I started the competition, I have probably only lost points for sweets on 6 or 7 different days. I think that's an average of once a week. Not bad, right? I usually lose points for not getting all 5 servings of fruits and veggies or not drinking enough water, or not exercising. The rest of the points are easy to get.
Oh, man those cupcakes in the background look good. And that's all I have to say about that.
If I didn't know better, I'd think you were trying to sabbatoge someone. Is you da Devil? And that's all I have to say about that, too.
Since the beginning of February,I've had a grand total of 1 Blizzard from DQ, 2 small (think tennis-ball-sized)popcorn balls drizzled in white chocolate, and a bite of chocolate cake with its accompanying bite of vanilla ice cream (one bite, mind you!)at a b-day luncheon. THAT'S ALL, FOLKS. Please, I want praise. Just a little praise will do. Thank you very much.
Boy, do those cupcakes look good.
I'm so proud of you all! Especially you have totally or almost totally given up sweets. My husband just tried to tempt me with a fat hamburger at 7:30 pm but I turned him down and had a half a banana and a handful of almonds. (I already had a hamburger for lunch.) DANG!
By the way, if you are wondering who is posting as clueless...that would be Gregorio.
Annie: I have stayed the same to in weight...i think ive hit my ideal weight.
Jana: Yeah actually the only time i ate sweets was for my brother's birthday and a wedding I went to. I just sing "choose the right" when I am around a candy aisle or see something tempting. The water thing is one of those things you just have to work yourself up to. If i think of something else or stare at something else when i am drinking it, i can drink a lot more. I hate peeing every 5 mins though.
Jaime:Not bad at all with the sweets youre awesome. Yeah some of the points are easy peasy but others kick my trash. Hows the ole move coming?
Nicea:It's funny how when you fudged and you had a sweet you had little bits of the sweet for me if i fudged i am going to go all out all day long. Way to go Nicea for staying strong! Yumm cupcakes on my blog background... yes i do try to tempt some people who are beating me. Muwhwhwhahahahah!
Shawie:Thata girl! Tell em whose boss! Hey when you come out to Utah will you please send me a 299er. I am craving one and plus they are healthy right? Only beans and a little bit of cheese. Beans are better than meat. Why hasnt clueless posted a comment on our blog yet? Im waiting.......
Good job guys. Tyler and I can't come to the reunion so that's my big excuse for not doing the point system. Do you guys feel better and healthier with more energy? I've been drinking more water lately and excercising an hour a day so that's good...right?? Ha ha when it comes to sweets though I can't help myself. At least one treat a day sounds good to me. In fact, I just got done eating a Skinny Cow. They are low-cal ice cream sandwiches-- 140 calories each. Amanda and I used to eat them all the time last year when we lived together :)
